UPRISE POLICY
We Love working with all artists at Uprise Recording, and have many recordings created daily. All recordings are sent in the form of an Mp3 or WAV file at the end of a session. Any special requests such as Stems, Track files, or RAW DATA (Audio Tracks, Raw Untuned Vocal Tracks, Movie Files ETC.) are to be requested within ONE MONTH of recording. At the ONE MONTH mark Uprise Recording is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost AUDIO, VIDEO, or DATA recorded during sessions dating back longer than ONE MONTH.
RECORDING POLICY
STEMS and AUDIO FILES requested are to be asked for and exported DURING SESSIONS,
NOT on the personal time of our engineers.
All PREPAID BUNDLES are carried out in ONE SESSION (Rockstar/Platinum bundle can be split up)
SESSION POLICY
BE ON TIME!!! It is your responsibility to show up once you book a session.
No Call No Shows will NOT receive a refund.
If you call the day of you will NOT receive a refund.
Schedule changes may be discussed 48 hours in advance, rescheduling charges may apply.
PAYMENT & RIGHTS POLICY
All AUDIO, VIDEO, and RAW DATA Recorded remains Property of Uprise Recording UNTIL ALL PAYMENTS and BALANCES are RECEIVED in FULL. If any Remaining Balances are owed on a customers account, the rights of any and all recordings belongs to Uprise Recording. All Sessions purchased online have an expiration date of 6 months upon purchase date.
